I know they're trying to reduce the limit down to 2 snappers and from 15' to 13'. It seems like all they're doing is wasting time, because what happens when you already have your 2 limit and you catch a bigger one, culling out the littler one that's been in the cooler and already dead. HELLO! This is really helping the problem. Went fishing in the Gulf the weekend of Jan. 12th, we caught sooooo many snapper! Around 40 of em in the 5 lb. neighborhood and some smaller watching the dolphins eat them every time we threw them back. HELLO! Problem solved. Do these people even realize just how many snapper there are out there? For Gods sake people, get off the computer and go out and fish and see for yourself how many fish are out there and then make decisions. Update your data from the 60's!
