Here comes summer !!!! Finally I have something exciting to report .It
took a little longer than normal , but our bait has finally shown up in numbers.We
actually have been catching a few each day for a couple of weeks now but the numbers
arrived this past weekend and we had a good supply of beautiful baits all weekend...
.

Everything seems normal now and we are ready for the challenge again this
year.Despite rising gas prices , we decided to keep our prices the same in hopes
that all of our customers remain loyal to us in relying on our boats to supply them
each morning.Most of our bait has been a real nice mix of mostly cigar minnows
,speedos,and a few herring in each scoop and everyone has been turning thier scoop
into very nice catches of fish .We hope to see some of you this year in Destin as we are looking forward to our best
summer ever . WE ARE STILL HERE !!!!! Now I do have some news for you Orange Beach fisherman ; Rodney
will not  be in the bait business this year ,BUT DONT PANIC , Tony and Harold
Barfield will be taking up the slack from the Pensacola side of the pass , so try
vhf 11 and I'll bet they can help you fill your baitwell .Don't forget that the
Panama team is also in full operation on ch. 11 as well . We thank all of you for
